As the Director of PGIMS, Rohtak, I acknowledge and deeply value the unwavering dedication, clinical excellence, and academic vigour demonstrated by our resident doctors in rendering services to mankind. You occupy a unique and vital space within the institution—serving both as learners and caregivers. Your presence in the wards, classrooms, and research labs brings vitality to the institution and reinforces our commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare and advanced medical education. You as role models in society can bring change and work for ethics, affordable healthcare and evolve methods for cost cutting in treatment The Resident Doctors’ Association has consistently played an instrumental role in channelling the collective voice and aspirations of our young medical professionals not only at institutional level but at national level too. Your unity, professionalism, and proactive engagement in both academic and institutional matters are commendable.
